Karam El Sham, the number one Syrian food chain in Egypt!
At Lasheen Branding & Packaging, we are proud to have been a standing part of Karam El Sham’s journey from the very beginning.
Our client came to us in 2018 with a vision to open a chain of Syrian and Shamy food restaurants that would stand out from the competition. With the popularity of Syrian shawarma on the rise in Egypt, our client knew that he had to create something truly special to make his mark.
That’s where Lasheen came in. We worked closely with our client to develop a solid brand that could bear the weight of expansion. We started from scratch, beginning with the naming of the restaurant – Karam El Sham – and moving on to the design of the logo, taglines, slogans, signs, uniforms, menus, and menu boards.
The logo we created for Karam El Sham represents an oriental shape and a shawarma skewer, capturing the essence of the restaurant’s cuisine. We also used patterns from the shape in the restaurant’s branding to create a cohesive look and feel throughout all of the branches.
To capture the welcoming and inviting spirit of Syrian cuisine, we used warm colors like brown and dark yellow in the branding.
This not only gave a nod to the colors of the shawarma, but also created an atmosphere that makes customers feel right at home, with a tagline message from shamy’s heart (من قلب الشام).
Also, we print to Karam El Sham most of their prints materials and packaging, from menus to meal boxes and fries packets …. etc.
With a durable quality and creative die cuttings that fits with the meals.
Today, Karam El Sham has 15 branches all over Egypt and is the number one Syrian food chain in the country. We are proud to have played a main and important role in creating a brand that has become so successful and influential within the industry.
